The models include the Fremont track bike (carbon fork, aluminum frame, and dual brakes), the Milano internal 8spd, and the San Jose chromo s/s 'cross bike (fixed on the flipside). And if you are looking for something that is super affordable, we received a size fill-in on the KHS Brentwood, the most inexpensive bike we stock. At $229 and with 21 speeds and a suspension seatpost, it's a great deal for a hybrid.

We received our first shipment of Adidas road shoes today, and they look sweet! If you are looking for a road or mountain shoe, or even something less flashy for city or spin class use, check out these kicks! If you haven't yet been exposed to the benefits of a dedicated cycling shoe, come in and talk to one of us about how this small upgrade to your bike can translate into more on the bike comfort and better power transfer.

It may be a hint of things to come, so if you don't already have a waterproof backpack or pannier set up, consider something from Ortlieb or Freight Baggage. Whether you need something for books, the occasional groceries, or a legal copy box, these two companies get our vote for function when conditions turn nasty. The Ortlieb products are all guaranteed water proof unless you carve an anarchy star in it ala Bud "brooks saddle" Durand's. (which by the way is still waterproof)
