For those of you who don’t know, Christopher Igleheart is one of New Englands finest frame builders. He constructs his functional works of art through the use of high quality steel tubing. Chris has a long and exciting career in the bike industry going back to the early days of mountain biking and working with Fat City Cycles. I won’t go through his whole life story but a lot of time has passed and I can personally vouch that this guy still knows how to rail the trails with the best of them! We have been a proud dealer of Igleheart custom frames and forks for awhile now and every bike we have built up with him has been an absolute amazing machine, from a Reynods 953 stainless road bike with a sram red kit, to a pair of packable breakaway fixed gears. Recently he has been making tons of frames for our various race teams which can be seen all over New England not to mention California and even Europe. Currently he is working with us to build a group of fixed gear bikes designed to be easier on the wallet than a full off custom frame but with all the quality you would expect from a high end handbuilt frame! Chris also specializes in 29’ers, and he loves making super commuters! So if you are looking for a very high quality locally made bicycle, Igleheart is the way to go.
