This year has been exciting for classic style city bikes. We’ve introduced the KHS Green 8 and the KHS Green 3 earlier this summer. We have one new addition to our commuter bike lineup: the Green 1 single speed. It’s the same steel frame and general parts kit as the Green 3, only with a single speed wheel. No coaster brake, either: the Green 1 has front and rear v-brakes. We can see this being an awesome beater bike for those with much nicer bikes, or an excellent low-maintenance workhorse for those just getting around town. Best of all, the Green 1 is over $100 less than the Green 3 at just $329.
