Back in stock are Serfas Seca tires – the basic Seca as well as their reflective strip model, Seca Survivors, and Seca RS road tires with a kevlar folding bead. They are one of our favorite shop tires for road and track bikes for city useage (and training). We have them in 700 x 23, 25, and 28 mm sizes and a small number for 27″ wheels.
Serfas USB-rechargable lights are back in stock, too. The TL-250 and TL-150 are the two brightest lights in the shop (250 and 150 lumens, respectively). They’re perfect for commuting as well as long rides on unlit road. If you’re looking for a spotlight to see the road clearly with, these are for you. They come with a handlebar mount and a helmet mount, as well as an AC adaptor.
This is the new must-have wheel for Cambridge. It’s an eyeleted double-walled 700c rim laced to a Sturmey Archer two-speed kickback hub. This new design uses a backpedal motion for shifting and braking: push back a lot to engage the rear brake, push back less to shift into high or low gear. This is perfect for converting an old road or track frame to a multiple-speed cruiser, without having to deal with a handlebar-mounted shifter or running a shift cable on a frame without braze-ons. Cold winter nights are a great time to stay indoors and plan out a new build. Stop by with your frame and we’ll help you figure out the details to make it work
